At MiaouTable, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a generous return and refund policy in compliance with European legislation.
Affected areas: Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and Switzerland
Important: Our products are shipped by third-party suppliers located outside the European Union (Asia). This may impact exchange or physical return times.
📅 Withdrawal Period: 30 days
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return a product to us, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
Note: The minimum legal period in the European Union is 14 days. We offer 30 days for your convenience.
✅ Return Conditions
To be accepted, your return must meet the following conditions:
- ✅ Product unused and in perfect condition
- ✅ In its original packaging
- ✅ Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase
- ✅ Return made within 30 days of receipt
🔄 Return Options
1️⃣ Full Refund
You will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the returned product(s), to the payment method used during your purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Timeframe: The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of your return.
Important:
- Only the product price is refunded (final price paid after any discount)
- Original shipping costs are not refunded (unless the product is defective or an error on our part)
- Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued
2️⃣ Exchange
You can exchange your product for:
- A different size of the same product
- A different color of the same product
Note: To exchange for a different product, we recommend returning your item for a refund, then placing a new order.
Exchange Timeframe: Depending on your location, exchanges may take 3 to 5 weeks (return transit time + new shipment from our non-EU suppliers).
3️⃣ Store Credit
Upon request, you can receive store credit for the amount of your return, valid indefinitely on our website.
📦 Return Procedure
- Contact us by email at contact@miaoutable.com stating:
- Your order number
- The product(s) to be returned
- Reason for return (optional)
- Your choice: refund, exchange, or store credit
- Receive the return address by email (within 24-48 hours)
- Send the product back to the indicated address, accompanied by the completed return form
- Receive your refund within 14 days after receipt of your package
📦 Tip: For items over €50, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to secure your return.
💵 Return Costs
Standard return: Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Defective product or error on our part: We will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the product.
⚠️ Defective or Incorrect Product
We are truly sorry if you received a defective or incorrect product!
Procedure:
- Send us an email at contact@miaoutable.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the problem (incorrect, defective, damaged item)
- A photo or video of the product and the defect
- We will offer you:
- Free replacement of the product (shipped at our expense)
- Full refund (product + shipping costs)
Important: Returns due to defects or errors on our part will incur no cost to you.
⏱️ Refund Times
Processing time: We process your refund within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of your return.
Bank processing time: Once the refund is processed, allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account (depending on your bank).

❌ Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Products damaged by the customer
Legal Guarantee of Conformity
In accordance with European regulations, all our products benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee covering conformity defects. This guarantee does not cover: normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, damage caused by improper use, exposure to water, or falls. In the event of a covered defect, we will replace or repair the product free of charge.
